Why is Your Move transitioning?
Due to the growth of Your Move over the years, we are excited to transition from an auxiliary within North Point Ministries to a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This transition will allow for more focus on our unique mission to intersect culture with the teaching of Jesus and create new channels to fund the mission. Additionally, YMC will have its own board of directors providing missional advice and direction.
I received an email to set up a new Pushpay giving schedule. Is this legitimate?
Yes. While we are maintaining our partnership with Pushpay, the transition requires us to establish a new financial account under our new tax ID and therefore donors need to reconfirm their giving.
What exactly is changing with YMC?
While the organization is transitioning to a new nonprofit with a new tax ID, the heart and vision of Your Move has not changed. We envision a world where people recognize that following Jesus will make their lives better and the world a better place. Thank you for helping us place the teaching of Jesus where people are and where they expect it least.
Do I need to cancel my previous/existing Pushpay giving schedule after setting up the new one?
No. Our staff will cancel the original giving schedule after the new one has been established.
Are my donations still tax deductible?
Yes. The Your Move Collective’s Employer identification number (EIN) is 81-4460278; as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we will send our investors contribution statements in January of each year.
How do I access my original Pushpay account if I forgot my login information?
If you can’t remember your Pushpay password, they will text a code to your mobile number using this link. Contact us at info@yourmove.is if we can help with the correct phone number associated with your account.
Why is your mailing address a post office box?
