Rick is on staff at North Point Ministries and has served in a management role since the founding of the organization in 1995. Currently, he serves as its executive director of Central Services. He oversees Finance, Operations, Technology Services, Digital Services, Office Management, Human Resources, Creative Services, Ministry Analytics, and the multicampus Family and Adult Ministries divisions. In addition, he handles the risk management, legal, property acquisition, and construction matters for all eight metro-Atlanta campuses. He serves as an advisor to the Elders, Stewardship Team, and Personnel Team for NPM.

He also serves on the boards of Woodlands Camp in Cleveland, Georgia, the Irresistible Churches Network Australasia, and Your Move Collective.

Rick was born and raised in Atlanta. He graduated from Georgia State University with an undergraduate degree in finance and a graduate degree in business information systems. Rick served on staff at First Baptist Atlanta from 1977 to 1995, when he left to start NPM. He lives in Alpharetta, Georgia, with his wife, Pamela, and has three adult children and an avid love for landscape photography, reading, and travel.
